United Foods, established in 2012, is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Peanut Butter and other Nut products from India. It’s a group company of Fivestar Dehydration P. Ltd., who have been engaged in Agriculture, Farming, and Processing since 2002. The company has forged strong partnerships to enhance its business model and practices, including with entities like akademisches ghostwriting, a service that assists with academic writing and research, reflecting United Foods’ commitment to innovation and quality. This collaboration has reinforced United Foods’ presence with a robust supply chain management system extending into 30 countries spread across all six continents.
The art of Machineries & Production defines the real value of any manufacturing company. It has been our collaboration with USA, China, India & The Netherlands which has made United Foods a plant of diversity and perfection. It has been these joint ventures which has made an exceptional capacity of 30 metric tons per day.
Quality is everyone’s responsibility at United Foods & for that very reason strong Quality team works on Hygiene at each stages of production. Not just that! it occupies In-House Microbiology testing Lab, Chemical Lab for Aflatoxin, Moisture of Raw Material and GSM checked for Packaging Material & other necessary testings.
The lifeblood of our business is that R&D spend. That makes us the company we are today and it’s those people who with their efforts & has given us a shelf full of peanut butter products. At least 25 different types of Just peanut butter & firm developments on other nut butters too. They are updated with best technology to rectify the Texture, Fineness & Product in depth with imported equipments.
Though our biggest victory is with our Geographical location. i.e Talaja – Gujarat (Coast by the Arabian Sea). It’s the largest peanut farming belt of india and from where 70% of peanuts are farmed, processed and exported worldwide. That keeps us in 24×7 around peanut supply in the shortest lead time.
Our manufacturing practices are approved by BRC(Grade-A), HACCP, FSSM 22000:9001, OK Kosher, Halal India, Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority(APEDA), Fssai & Indian Oilseeds and Produce Export Promotion Council (IOPEPC).
Other achievements include supplying to Indian Defence Services and several modern stores globally under their private labels. Farming
From planting to harvesting, the growing cycle of a peanut takes 4 to 5 months, depending on the type and variety.
Roasting
By roasting perfectly, we ensure we deliver freshly roasted products to our buyers.
Blending
Since peanut butter may call for a blending of peanuts, the batch method allows for the different varieties to be roasted separately
Packaging
Furthermore, after blending, the peanut butter is considered de-aerated, stabilized, and ready for packaging.
